I am a tattoo artist of over 10 years and have run my own successful studio for 6 years. I am now working from my private studio in Christchurch where I specialise in Neotraditional and Disney tattoos, as well as enjoying traditional tattooing.

 

My mind was set on tattoos from a young age. I was always drawing my heroes like Marilyn Monroe, Disney characters and took a great interest in wildlife too. After leaving college with a diploma in Art & Design I started my tattoo apprenticeship shortly after. Tattooing was a lot harder than I could have possibly imagined, but ultimately I love it and feel I have found my true passion in life.

 

In 2012 I worked in Poole for 3 years continuing to learn and working alongside talented artists I looked up to. I then went on to open my all female tattoo studio True Ink in bustling Branksome in 2015, continuing to work with my best friend, tattoo artist Brigitta Mathe. I have learned and continue to learn so much from her. 

 

Upon the success of my studio and my best friend moving abroad In 2019 I built a home studio. This allowed me to focus more on my work and create a more private and comfortable experience for my clients. This is extremely important for me. Not only do I love tattooing, I love the experience of it, engaging with my client and creating something beautiful for them. In December 2019 I closed True Ink and opened the private studio from my garden. This has also allowed me to be closer to my young family and more flexible with bookings.

 

I am a huge Disney fan and love the nostalgia of tattooing the characters and bringing my own twist to the animations. Working in a Neotraditonal style is a love of mine, I enjoy combining animals with all things ornate and decorative. I’ve been taught many styles so I also turn my hand to blackwork and traditional aswell. You can find a range of my work on my Instagram.
